Study Without Stress (SWoS) is run by trained facilitators using the Study Without Stress Program Kit, which includes a facilitator manual and an adolescent student workbook.

The Program can be delivered in a group format, or an individual format with a single student by a facilitator trained in the SWoS Program.

The 3rd edition facilitator manual includes two alternate formats to deliver the Program, either 8 sessions x 1 hour duration per session or 6 sessions x 1.5 hours duration per session.  Facilitators can choose the format that best suits their needs.  It also includes the content from the student workbook within each session.
